1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the ph961 website located at ph961.cam and all associated services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Service" or "Platform") operated by ph961 ("ph961", "we", "us", or "our"). This Agreement applies to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service ("User", "you", or "your").

By accessing or using the ph961 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions contained herein, as well as our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other policies or guidelines incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you are expressly prohibited from using the Service and must discontinue use immediately.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. 2.2 Account Registration and Verification

Each User may register only one (1) account with ph961. 3. Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

Users may fund their ph961 accounts through approved payment methods, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, and bank transfers from Philippine financial institutions. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed during the deposit process. ph961 does not charge fees for deposits; however, third-party payment providers may impose their own transaction fees beyond our control.

Deposits are credited to user accounts immediately upon successful payment confirmation, except where technical issues or security reviews necessitate delays. ph961 reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or reverse deposits at our sole discretion, particularly where we suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.

3.2 Withdrawals

Users may request withdrawals of available account balances through approved payment methods, subject to verification of account identity and source of funds. All withdrawal requests are subject to review and processing times, which typically range from twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours for verified accounts. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds may require additional verification and extended processing times.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply as specified on the Platform. Attempts to withdraw funds without meeting stated wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom.

3.3 Abandoned Accounts and Dormancy

Accounts that remain inactive (no login or gaming activity) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months shall be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts with balances may be subject to monthly maintenance fees as permitted by applicable law. ph961 will make reasonable efforts to notify users of impending dormancy status prior to imposing such fees.

4. Gaming Rules and Conduct

4.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on the ph961 Platform are provided by licensed third-party gaming software providers and operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical gaming equipment. Game outcomes are determined by random chance or dealer actions and cannot be predicted or manipulated by ph961 or users.

These percentages represent theoretical long-term payout rates and do not guarantee individual session results. All gaming is conducted at the User's own risk, and ph961 makes no warranties regarding the likelihood of winning or losing.

4.2 Prohibited Conduct

Users are expressly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;

• Conducting fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals;
• Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or other malicious code;

• Engaging in any conduct that violates applicable laws, regulations, or these Terms.

Violation of prohibited conduct provisions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balances, reporting to relevant authorities, and legal action as appropriate.

4.3 Betting Limits and Restrictions

ph961 reserves the right to impose betting limits, restrict access to certain games or features, or close accounts at our sole discretion, particularly where we identify patterns of professional or advantage play, suspect fraudulent activity, or determine that a User's gaming activity poses risk to the integrity of our operations.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

ph961 may offer bonuses, promotions, and other incentives to users from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to each offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet restrictions, and expiration dates. These specific terms are displayed with each promotion and incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players only and may not be abused through strategies designed to guarantee profits or minimize risk. ph961 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where we determine that bonus terms have been violated or that gaming activity is inconsistent with recreational play patterns.

Users are limited to one bonus claim per promotional offer unless otherwise stated. Attempts to claim bonuses multiple times through duplicate accounts or other means constitute fraud and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

This license does not include any right to: (a) resell or commercial use of the Service or Platform Content; (b) collection or use of product listings or descriptions; (c) derivative use of the Service or Platform Content; (d) downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of third parties; or (e) use of data mining, robots, or similar automated data collection tools.

The ph961 name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of ph961 or our affiliates. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Platform are the trademarks of their respective owners.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PH961, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, SERVICE INTERRUPTION, COMPUTER DAMAGE, OR SYSTEM FAILURE ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF PH961 HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL PH961'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO PH961 IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR ONE THOUSAND PHILIPPINE PESOS (PHP 1,000), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you in their entirety. In such cases, ph961's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the ph961 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between you and ph961, you agree to first contact our customer support team to attempt informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may submit a formal written complaint to our management team, which will be reviewed and responded to within thirty (30) days.

For unresolved disputes, both parties agree to pursue good-faith mediation before initiating formal legal proceedings. Mediation shall be conducted in English or Tagalog as mutually agreed, in Metro Manila, Philippines.

11. Account Termination

ph961 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse current or future use of the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for account termination include, but are not limited to: (a) violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation; (b) fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity; (c) requests by law enforcement or government agencies; (d) discontinuance or material modification of the Service; (e) unexpected technical or security issues; or (f) extended periods of account inactivity.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not li mited to ownership provisions, indemnities, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution terms.

In the event of termination for breach of Terms, ph961 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance. For terminations not involving user breach, ph961 will process withdrawal of remaining funds to the user's verified payment method after deduction of any applicable fees or charges.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ph961, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your breach of these Terms or your use of the Service, including but not limited to your User Content, any use of the Service's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

13. General Provisions

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or agreements published by ph961 on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and ph961 regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral, regarding such subject matter.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its intent, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13.3 Waiver

No waiver by ph961 of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure by ph961 to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

13.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder, in whole or in part, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms and all rights granted hereunder, including with respect to your User Content, at any time without notice or consent. Any attempted transfer or assignment by you in violation hereof shall be null and void.

13.5 Force Majeure

ph961 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms arising out of any cause beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, government actions, technical failures, internet service provider failures, or telecommunications infrastructure failures.

13.6 Language

These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and a translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
